  • Kenya has a women only Village named Umuajo Uaso, it was founded by Rebecca Lolosoli as a refuge town for women who are running from domestic violence and forced marriages.

  • The Maasai people of Kenya are considered to be one of the tallest people on on earth, they often grow to a height of 6 ft 3. They also have one of the oldest traditions due to the fact they have resisted attempts by government to change their culture. They pursue a mainly Nomadic culture and speak the Maa language.
