It has an earthy aroma and its tastes range from Herbal, chocolate, woody, earthy to spicy and winey
Has a full body and also low acidity
One of the best tasting coffee you can find.
It is usually cultivated at heights of about 1200-2000ft above sea level
The nuanced tastes are prominent when its medium roast, but if you want the Spicy taste to be much more prominent, then dark roast is it.
Best brewed with a French press coffee maker, it helps retain all the flavors.
