How to  make Pumpkin spice latte  like Starbucks


It’s the season for everything Pumpkin, I decided to help you out by teaching you how to make Pumpkin Spice latte in your home so you don’t have to spend so much getting your regular fix of coffee.


The Pumpkin spice coffee recipe I will share with you is quite simple to make.


Anyone who has a pumpkin spice and puree at home should be able to easily, make it.


I will also accommodate those who do not take cow milk.


That means you prefer nondairy option to make your Pumpkin Spice coffee.


You also do not like to use sugar but prefer sweeteners.


In this post we will outline how each of these groups can make the wonderful PSL without much issues


Steps to making Pumpkin Spice Latte


Ready...... Set..... Go…… Its fall and we don’t want you to be left behind in the coffee season of the year


Step 1: Heat Pumpkin Puree and spices

Step 2: Stir in sugar or sweetener

Step 3: Warm Milk and Vanilla

Step 4: Blend the Mixture

Step 5: Make the coffee drink

Step 6: Mix the drink and Relax to enjoy.


Recipe Makes 2 servings

  • 2 Table Spoon canned pumpkin puree

  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin pie Spice (Store bought or home- made)

  • 2 cups Milk (whole or 2% unsweetened or nondairy milk)

  • 2 Table spoon Maple syrup

  • I table spoon vanilla extract-

  • 1-2 shots of espresso drink

  • ¼ cup whipped cream with foam

  • Freshly Ground black pepper

  • Fresh coffee beans

Equipment

  • Hand Blender, Mixer or whisker

  • Wooden spoon

  • Blender

  • Coffee grinder

Directions

  1. Prep: Spoon out your fresh coffee beans and ground it to your taste for making espresso, pour coffee grounds in a airtight container and seal. Make sure that you use fresh coffee beans as this brings out the taste of your espresso drink. To order for fresh coffee beans, go here.

  2. Heat the Pumpkin Puree and Spice in a Pan for some minutes while stirring until the raw taste is not noticeable anymore. Add a good amount of black pepper and stir for some time before going to step 3.

  3. Stir in your sugar or sweetener as you may prefer and keep stirring until you get a syrupy like paste.

  4. Add your Milk and Vanilla to the mixture above and keep cooking over low heat, avoid boil over.

  5. Blend the Mixture in a hand blender or in a normal blender until the froth appears.

  6. Pour the coffee grounds into an espresso maker to make your espresso: You can learn how to make one from my free eBook and how to make coffee

  7. If you don’t have an espresso maker at home, you can easily purchase an espresso maker from the shop.

  8. If you desire to make a milk foam for your Pumpkin spiced coffee, then get a cup of milk and put in a mason jar. Shake vigorously for about a minute and put in the microwave for about 30 secs.

  9. Grab a mug of coffee and pour in half cup of the espresso coffee (1 shot), pour in the pumpkin spice mixture into the cup.Add the frothed milk into it and top it with whipped cream foam, sprinkle the pumpkin spice over it and you are good to go
